lberto Marinato's interest in our land and waters is not only gastronomic, it’s scientific. In addition to working as a chef on The North Fork and elsewhere for over 20 years, Alberto has a masters degree in Marine and Atmospheric Science from Stony Brook University and has worked as a chemical engineer. He is currently cooking up a storm at The Old Mill Inn.
